Directions to the library
We are located at 952 Main Street (Route 109), one block south of Sanford Town Hall, at the corner of Main and Elm Streets.
The library entrance is on Elm Street.
Free parking is available along Elm Street.
The library is fully handicapped accessible. There is handicapped parking in the Elm Street driveway near the entrance.
From Wells and South Sanford via Route 109:
Take Route 109 (Main Street) into Sanford. Pass the Fire Station on your right. Take the next right onto Elm Street.
From Biddeford and Alfred via Route 111:
Take Route 111 toward Sanford and proceed straight when it becomes Route 202. Turn left on Route 109 (Main Street) in downtown Sanford. Proceed on Main Street through downtown; pass Central Park (with the statue of Mr. Goodall) on your left. Take the next left onto Elm Street.
From Acton and Shapleigh via Route 109:
Take Route 109 (Main Street) into Sanford. Stay on Main Street through downtown; pass Central Park (with the statue of Mr. Goodall) on your left. Take the next left onto Elm Street.
From Lebanon and Rochester via Route 202:
Take Route 202 (Lebanon Road) into Sanford. Turn right on Route 109 (Main Street) in downtown Sanford. Stay on Main Street through downtown; pass Central Park (with the statue of Mr. Goodall) on your left. Take the next left onto Elm Street.
